For me staying calm is a little bit problem. Because in some situations if something hurts me i just can’t keep calm,
I have some strategies for keeping calm
1 First is just calmly speak out
2 speak with yourself , clear your mind
3 talk to someone, who understands you
4 occupy yourself with something else, distract yourself
5 eat something
Stay calm and just understand that every situation helps you to get more stronger
the most important thing is harmony in your soul, because it is able to create happiness out of nothing
